Travel Agents
You know your clients. I know the destination.
Together, we create journeys through Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Croatia that feel personal, seamless and entirely their own.
From the first idea to the moment your clients return home, I work alongside you as your trusted partner on the ground – combining local knowledge, carefully chosen partners and personal attention to every detail.
Work with me

A personal connection to the places I design
Born and raised in Germany with Croatian roots, I grew up connected to both countries, cultures and languages. I know them not simply as destinations, but through their people, traditions and everyday life.
Having worked on the travel advisor side myself, I understand what you need from a destination partner and what it takes to create a journey your clients will love. My experience has also taught me what makes a journey work not only on paper, but in real life.
I speak German, Croatian, English, and Spanish, which lets me connect naturally with local partners and travel professionals across markets.
More about SandraWhy work with SW Travel Atelier
Personal from start to finish
Every journey has one dedicated point of contact: me. I personally design and oversee each itinerary, giving you consistency from the first request through to your clients’ return home.
A carefully chosen network
The right people can transform a journey. I work with a handpicked network of hotels, guides, drivers and local experts, selecting the partners who are the right fit for each individual client.
Designed around your client
Every journey begins with the individual traveler. Their interests, pace, travel style and priorities shape the itinerary, creating an experience that feels distinctly theirs.
Your partner in Europe
You bring the relationship with your clients; I bring the destination expertise, local connections, and on-the-ground presence. Together, we combine what each of us knows best.
Support on the ground
From arrival to departure, your clients have a trusted local contact through my Concierge Service, with assistance throughout their journey and 24/7 support for urgent situations.
Connected across borders
Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Croatia are at the heart of what I do. I bring them together into seamless multi-country journeys and can extend itineraries to selected neighboring destinations when the journey calls for it.
How we work together
Send me your request
Share your clients’ travel dates, interests, preferences, budget, and anything else that will help me understand them and the journey you have in mind.
I create the journey
I develop the itinerary and prepare a tailored proposal for you to review and present to your clients.
We refine & confirm
You discuss the proposal with your clients and share their feedback with me. We incorporate any requested changes before finalizing and confirming the journey.
Booking & travel preparation
Once confirmed and payment is arranged, I handle the bookings and all the details behind the journey. I prepare final travel documents about four weeks before arrival.
Your clients travel
From arrival to departure, my Concierge Service looks after your clients, with local support throughout their journey.
A smooth finish
Once your clients return home, we complete the journey on the business side too – including commission payment where applicable.
For travel advisors
Your questions, answered.
Do you work exclusively with travel advisors?
Yes. SW Travel Atelier works exclusively with travel advisors, so I can focus entirely on supporting you and creating exceptional journeys for your clients.
How do commissions and NET rates work?
I offer both GROSS and NET pricing, so you can choose the model that works best for your agency.
With GROSS pricing, your clients pay SW Travel Atelier directly, and I pay the agreed commission to your agency by bank wire after your clients’ departure.
With NET pricing, you invoice your clients directly and remit the agreed NET amount to SW Travel Atelier.
Who communicates with my clients?
During the planning stage, I work directly with you as the travel advisor. If it would be helpful to discuss preferences or itinerary details together, I am always happy to join you and your clients for a Zoom call.
During the journey, your clients can communicate directly with SW Travel Atelier through my Concierge Service.
White-label service is also available. In this case, you remain your clients’ point of contact throughout their journey, while I provide you with the relevant information and on-the-ground support you need to assist them from the U.S.
Can you arrange multi-country itineraries?
Absolutely. Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Croatia can be combined into one seamless journey, with accommodations, transportation and experiences thoughtfully coordinated across destinations.
Selected neighboring destinations, including Strasbourg, Prague and Budapest, can also be incorporated into a wider itinerary.
What can you arrange?
I handle all land arrangements from the moment your clients arrive in Europe, including hotels, private guides and experiences, private transfers, and train travel.
I can arrange rental cars upon request. International and domestic flights are not included in my services.
What happens if my clients need assistance while traveling?
Throughout their journey, your clients have access to my Concierge Service for questions, recommendations, and assistance along the way.
For urgent situations, I provide a 24/7 emergency number, giving your clients local support whenever it is truly needed.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier, the better – particularly for peak travel periods and experiences with limited availability.
For Oktoberfest and the festive season around Christmas and the Christmas markets, I recommend starting the planning process at least six months in advance. Outside these periods, shorter lead times are often possible, subject to availability.
What information do you need to get started?
The more I know about your clients, the more personal I can make their journey. Travel dates, number of travelers, ages of any children, interests, preferred pace, travel style, accommodation preferences, and approximate budget are a great starting point.
If there is a special occasion, a particular interest, or simply something your clients love, I would love to know that too.
What budget should I allow for a journey?
As a general guideline, tailor-made journeys typically start from around €550–€600 per person, per day for a 4-star experience.
For 5-star luxury travel, starting budgets are generally around €750 per person, per day in Germany and Austria, €850 in Croatia and €950 in Switzerland.
These are starting points, not fixed prices. The final investment depends on the season, accommodation, number of travelers, transportation, and the level of private experiences included.
Starting budgets are per person, per day, based on two guests traveling together and sharing a room.
How do payments work?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to confirm the arrangements. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable once paid.
I strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in case unforeseen circumstances affect their travel plans.
